* Spearhead global account management for Levi's and PVH, driving business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic leadership and commercial expertise. * Architect and execute business strategies to propel sales growth, margin expansion, and customer acquisition. * Foster and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key buyers, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer loyalty. * Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from development to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. * Drive competitive pricing and costing strategies, leveraging expertise in SMV, fabric consumption, and raw material pricing to optimize profitability. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, planning, sourcing, and QA, to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and operational excellence. * Proactively monitor and resolve operational challenges, ensuring order fulfillment and shipment schedules are met. * Optimize capacity planning and resource allocation across units, driving efficiency and productivity gains. * Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing merchandising teams, ensuring succession readiness and talent development. * Ensure adherence to buyer standards, sustainability requirements, and company policies, maintaining a culture of compliance and responsibility.
