Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
* Oversee employee attendance, leave, and time-off management to ensure seamless operations.
* Drive disciplinary actions and address performance issues in a fair and timely manner.
* Manage payroll processing, including salary, benefits, and final settlements, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Conduct regular performance appraisals to foster growth and development.
* Champion a culture of cleanliness and housekeeping, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
* Architect security protocols, including roster preparation and duty allocation, to safeguard the organization.
* Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as security agencies, law enforcement, and local authorities, to maintain strong relationships.
* Lead regular production floor visits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
* Foster an open-door policy, addressing employee grievances and concerns in a prompt and fair manner.
* Monitor and analyze CCTV footage to prevent and investigate security incidents.
* Train and develop security personnel to enhance their skills and performance.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by renewing licenses and permits.
* Oversee the processing and payment of various bills, including utilities and supplies.
* Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as social events and activities, to boost morale and motivation.
* Safeguard the organization's physical assets by maintaining secure gates and ensuring overall factory security.
* Compile and submit data for SLCP/Higg FSLM reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Facilitate committee elections, meetings, and minutes, including Participation, Grievance, Canteen, and Harassment committees.
* Address any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Graduation in HR discipline
- Diploma in Social Compliance from BIM

- Knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law
- Knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Rules
