Sr. Executive - Costing & Budgeting

• Architect and maintain comprehensive product cost models, incorporating raw materials, labor, and overheads to drive informed business decisions • Drive budget development and management for factory operations, overseeing production and operational expenses to ensure alignment with business objectives • Lead variance analysis initiatives, identifying and reporting discrepancies between actual and budgeted costs to senior management • Uncover opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency gains through in-depth analysis of cost structures and recommend strategic improvements • Manage accurate and up-to-date records of inventory valuation, wastage, and production losses to minimize financial exposure • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Supply Chain, and Procurement, to design and implement cost control initiatives • Develop and deliver financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, providing actionable insights on costing and budgeting performance • Ensure seamless compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards, maintaining meticulous documentation and records • Inform strategic decision-making through expert financial analysis and reporting, providing management with data-driven recommendations and guidance
