Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead market research to unlock the potential of agricultural businesses in the region, identifying key opportunities and trends. * Drive market development for TAFE brand tractors and FM WORLD combine harvesters, as well as other agricultural equipment, to expand customer reach and revenue streams. * Lead sales growth initiatives within designated territories, fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to boost sales performance. * Deliver against monthly sales targets, leveraging data-driven insights and strategic planning to consistently meet or exceed goals. * Champion special projects and assignments as directed by senior management, ensuring timely and effective execution to support business objectives.
