Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead day-to-day general administration, encompassing attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, and legal affairs to ensure seamless operations.
* Architect and execute employee recruitment and selection processes, adhering to established policies and procedures to guarantee fair and unbiased hiring practices.
* Manage and maintain accurate records of recruitment, wages, overtime, and allowances, as well as up-to-date employee personal files.
* Develop and implement strategic HR processes and practices to meet the evolving needs of the organization, aligning with management's directives.
* Drive the preparation and maintenance of key HR documents, including employee resignation and new recruitment lists, to inform business decisions.
* Design and implement a comprehensive filing and retrieval system for human resource records, ensuring easy access to past and current data.
* Foster a productive and profitable work environment by motivating and counseling staff to achieve maximum performance.
* Coordinate and facilitate the performance appraisal process, ensuring effective communication and constructive feedback.
* Ensure factory compliance with buyer requirements and legal standards, implementing corrective actions to address non-compliance findings.
* Champion a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to OSH, chemical, fire, and electrical compliance standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships between workers and management to prevent grievances and promote a positive work culture.
* Prepare and update compliance-related documents and registers to meet buyer requirements and maintain email correspondence as needed.
* Develop and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) in response to audit reports, driving continuous improvement.
* Stay up-to-date on audit requirements for various buyers, including BSCI, SEDEX, HIGG/Worldy, GRS, TQP, ICS, WRAP, and ISO.
* Monitor and address daily worker safety concerns, including health and safety, fire safety, accidents, and route case analysis.
* Design and deliver training programs, such as orientation, health and safety, fire training, first aid, and security awareness training, to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
* Assist in updating necessary licenses, certificates, and permits to maintain regulatory compliance.
* Coordinate meetings and maintain up-to-date registers to ensure compliance and transparency.
* Contribute to creating a comfortable and safe work environment, aligning with organizational values and priorities.
* Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by top management to support business objectives.
