Security Manager (Factory)

• Lead a team of approximately 100 security guards to ensure seamless protection of factory premises. • Architect and implement robust security protocols to prevent unauthorized access and potential threats. • Drive asset protection initiatives to safeguard properties and assets against damage, theft, and pilferage. • Manage and supervise security team members to ensure diligent and meticulous performance of their duties. • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance security members' skills and expertise, and monitor their activities for continuous improvement. • Conduct regular and surprise security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure optimal security measures are in place. • Foster strategic partnerships with emergency services and local law enforcement agencies to ensure collaborative response to security incidents. • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall organizational objectives.
