• Drive quality excellence by overseeing the entire production process, from cutting to finishing, and implementing a comprehensive quality plan that aligns with QMS requirements. • Architect and maintain a robust quality management system, ensuring seamless collaboration with Technical, Development, and Production teams to achieve product quality targets. • Spearhead quality control initiatives, providing expert guidance on pattern checking, specification, and construction to technicians, and resolving production issues in a timely manner. • Manage sample evaluation and production approval processes, conducting thorough reviews of measurements, workmanship, fitting, and accessories to ensure compliance with company standards. • Analyze QA/QC performance through data-driven insights, generating statistical reports to inform departmental decisions and identifying training needs to enhance quality-related skills. • Champion quality control and product assembly excellence throughout the factory, providing regular seminars and coaching to company trainees. • Conduct rigorous audits and quality control checks to identify and address production issues, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products. • Lead pre-production meetings, in-line inspections, and pre-final inspections to guarantee quality standards are met. • Develop and maintain essential quality documentation and SOPs, ensuring compliance with buying house requirements and providing approvals for prints, embroidery, wash, and other processes as needed. • Supervise and lead quality staff, fostering a culture of quality excellence and accountability. • Ensure the delivery of exceptional final product quality, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
