* Spearhead the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance. * Architect and administer maintenance and utility budgets, driving cost-effective solutions and strategic resource allocation. * Drive staffing decisions, ensuring adequate resources for maintenance activities and maximizing team productivity. * Coordinate and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks, guaranteeing timely and efficient execution. * Champion safety and compliance, enforcing regulations and best practices across all maintenance activities. * Prioritize and schedule work orders, streamlining workflow and minimizing disruptions to core operations. * Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections, identifying potential issues and implementing proactive solutions. * Monitor and optimize load balancing and power consumption efficiency, reducing waste and promoting sustainability. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance problems, delivering swift and effective repairs. * Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operation of critical equipment, including diesel/gas generators, steam boilers, and air compressors. * Lead hands-on maintenance, repair, installation, testing, and commissioning activities for caterpillar generators, boilers, chillers, and AC compressors. * Investigate and analyze performance issues, breakdowns, and quality faults, developing draft reports and recommending corrective actions. * Identify root causes and propose alternative solutions, ensuring effective troubleshooting and issue resolution. * Analyze utility consumption patterns, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction. * Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards for utility operations. * Stay up-to-date with RSC recommendations, implementing them in the factory and driving continuous improvement. * Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team of maintenance and utility personnel, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence. * Conduct performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and guidance for growth and development. * Develop and implement initiatives to enhance maintenance and utility efficiency, leveraging data analysis and performance metrics to track progress. * Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies, optimizing maintenance strategies and driving innovation. * Provide emergency support as needed, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption. * Ensure compliance with social compliance audit requirements, maintaining a strong reputation and adherence to regulatory standards.
