Credit Officer/Relationship Officer-SME (Officer-PO)

* Drive business growth by onboarding new SME customers and achieving yearly budget targets. * Foster and expand relationships with existing and potential SME clients to maximize revenue opportunities. * Architect credit proposals and ensure seamless documentation processes that adhere to bank policies. * Champion compliance with internal regulations, Bangladesh Bank guidelines, and industry standards. * Proactively identify and assess potential risks, including market trends, borrower cycles, and cash flow viability. * Lead portfolio performance monitoring and ensure timely debt recovery and collection. * Conduct strategic customer visits and market analysis to uncover new business opportunities. * Promote the bank's product suite through targeted cross-selling initiatives. * Manage ad-hoc credit-related projects and reporting as assigned by senior management.
