Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead warehouse operations, encompassing receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure seamless logistics. * Architect and implement robust inventory control systems to minimize losses and discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. * Drive materials management, including retesting, expiry, rejection, and return of finished goods, to maintain quality and compliance. * Foster a safety-first culture, promoting workforce awareness and adherence to company and government guidelines to safeguard personnel and plant operations. * Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. * Manage inventory reconciliation, monthly stocktakes, physical verifications, and adjustments, ensuring alignment with SOPs and ERP software. * Leverage ERP software expertise to streamline warehouse operations, optimize processes, and enhance data-driven decision-making. * Ensure safe and efficient reception and dispatch of raw materials and packaging, adhering to First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) principles. * Collaborate in internal audits and self-inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. * Oversee daily stock maintenance, physical counting, and batch accuracy to ensure inventory precision and reliability. * Implement and maintain proper labeling of warehouse areas to ensure organization and efficiency. * Monitor and record daily temperature and humidity levels in cold storage, as well as cleaning schedules, to maintain a safe and healthy environment. * Prepare and submit monthly reports on quarantined, retested, and expired materials to Quality Control (QC) for necessary action and disposal of defective materials. * Develop and execute daily work plans, aligning with schedules and priorities to drive productivity and achievement of goals.

Requirements

Education

  • Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
  • Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Pharmacy
