* Spearhead quality planning and compliance initiatives, driving adherence to buyer standards and international requirements through the development of robust systems, policies, and procedures. * Oversee production quality from raw material inspection to packaging, ensuring meticulous monitoring at every stage, including fabric testing and in-line sewing. * Champion sample approval processes, meticulously evaluating proto, fit, and Pre-Production samples to guarantee production readiness and technical specification compliance. * Lead the QC team in conducting thorough inspections and tests, including in-line, end-line, and final random inspections, to ensure exceptional quality standards. * Drive defect analysis and root cause investigations, implementing corrective actions to rectify quality issues, such as fabric defects and sewing errors. * Manage and maintain comprehensive quality records, checklists, and reports, providing actionable insights to top management. * Foster a high-performing QC team through targeted training, mentorship, and development programs, focusing on QC techniques, measurements, and inspection standards. * Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
