Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth through strategic door-to-door visits to corporate offices, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. * Lead customer engagement efforts, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and visits. * Architect and deliver persuasive face-to-face presentations to potential customers, driving sales conversions and expanding the customer base. * Manage and track individual, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent progress. * Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers, increase revenue, and expand market share. * Gather and analyze market intelligence, monitoring product performance, customer satisfaction, and competitor activity to inform sales tactics. * Deliver in-depth product knowledge to customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing tailored solutions. * Negotiate and close new business deals by assessing customer requirements, developing contracts, and integrating contract terms with business operations. * Foster strong, long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring customer loyalty and retention. * Conduct regular market visits to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities. * Collaborate with higher management to undertake special projects and duties as assigned, driving business success and growth.

Additional

  • Prior experience in the ISP industry is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Good knowledge in Information Technology, Internet, Data connectivity.
  • Vendor dealing knowledge and ISP business expand capacity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Practical knowledge of the IT market and Consumer Internet/ Data Connectivity.
