• Spearhead woven production operations to ensure seamless execution and timely shipment, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. • Architect daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, balancing order quantity, capacity, and shipment schedules to optimize output. • Oversee and refine woven production processes, including sewing, to achieve peak efficiency and quality. • Drive line performance by monitoring loading, capacity planning, and target achievement across multiple production lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Ensure meticulous handling of complex fabrics and garments, prioritizing precision and attention to detail. • Boost productivity by implementing effective line balancing, workflow optimization, and waste reduction strategies. • Manage cutting accuracy, fabric utilization, and marker efficiency, minimizing waste and maximizing resource allocation. • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including IE, QA, and Maintenance, to enhance SMV, efficiency, and machine performance. • Uphold stringent quality standards, minimizing defects, rework, and rejection rates to meet buyer expectations. • Track key performance indicators, such as DHU, efficiency, and output targets, and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement. • Optimize production costs by reducing overtime, fabric waste, and operational losses, promoting a culture of cost-consciousness. • Lead and develop high-performing teams, comprising supervisors, line chiefs, and operators, to drive discipline, teamwork, and excellence. • Embed lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices, driving innovation and process refinement. • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and labor law requirements, maintaining a responsible and compliant work environment. • Compile and present daily production and shipment status reports, providing management with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
