Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of climate-resilient WASH technologies, considering social, environmental, and geographical needs to drive sustainable infrastructure growth.
* Architect and implement tailored solutions for urban WASH/infrastructure development, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
* Drive site selection and feasibility assessment for construction projects, identifying opportunities for climate-resilient infrastructure development.
* Manage quality control processes for infrastructure development, overseeing budget, estimates, schedules, and worker performance to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
* Conduct regular reviews of engineering deliverables, identifying areas for improvement and initiating corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, providing technical support and expertise to drive project success.
* Develop and maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports, to facilitate informed decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, community leaders, and local authorities, to promote project awareness and ensure community buy-in.
* Analyze project data and trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimizing infrastructure development strategies to enhance project impact.
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of project delivery.

Education
- Diploma in Civil
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s in Civil engineering

- Experience in NGO, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Healthcare Startup
- Field experience in working with municipalities, city corporations and private sector actors
- Knowledge of Engineering software (AutoCad and others)
- Good knowledge of community mobilization and sanitizations and skills transfer
- Technical knowledge regarding water and sanitation options for low-income urban areas
- Knowledge about civil, plumbing and electrical works
- Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment
- Problem-solving mindset
