Analyst (Quality Control)

* Drive quality control processes by sampling pharmaceutical raw materials, packaging materials, water, and in-process and finished products. * Conduct comprehensive testing of packaging materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Lead physical and chemical testing of pharmaceutical raw materials, water, and intermediate and finished products to guarantee purity and potency. * Manage labeling of containers as "Released" or "Rejected" based on quality decisions, ensuring accurate tracking and inventory management. * Develop and prepare chemical reagents and stock solutions to support laboratory testing and analysis. * Analyze effluent samples to ensure environmental compliance and safety. * Oversee laboratory inventory, tracking chemicals, glassware, and supplies to maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace. * Maintain meticulous records of all laboratory activities, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Foster a culture of cleanliness and organization, ensuring good housekeeping practices in the laboratory and surrounding work areas. * Collaborate with supervisors to undertake special projects and tasks as assigned, driving continuous improvement and excellence in laboratory operations.
