* Drive financial strategy development and implementation, aligning with company objectives to propel growth and profitability. * Spearhead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation. * Architect and manage financial plans, including annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and project feasibility assessments. * Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making. * Oversee accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, maintenance of proper books of accounts, and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Manage project-wise accounting, cost tracking, and budgeting, with a focus on controlling costs, monitoring cash flow, and optimizing resource utilization. * Develop and implement robust internal control systems, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and real estate laws. * Lead financial negotiations, loan management, and cash flow optimization, maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial institutions. * Collaborate with senior leadership to review fund inflows and outflows, ensuring efficient utilization of financial resources and optimal liquidity management. * Supervise tax return preparation, submission, and compliance with regulatory requirements, liaising with tax authorities and external auditors as needed. * Present financial reports to the Board and stakeholders, providing transparency and insights into company performance. * Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team, setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of professional growth and development. * Ensure audit compliance, coordinating with internal and external auditors to resolve audit observations and implement process improvements. * Allocate resources, manage cash flows, and supervise fund allocation for ongoing and upcoming projects, driving business growth and profitability.
