Personal Security Officer

• Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive security protocols for the MD and their family members, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. • Architect and lead a high-performing Protocol and Security Team, driving excellence in all aspects of security operations. • Drive the planning and execution of logistics, including route plans and staff duty schedules, tailored to the MD's dynamic schedule. • Oversee and manage the MD's home security team, ensuring seamless coordination and effective threat mitigation. • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including police departments, highway authorities, and other law enforcement agencies, to facilitate timely support and cooperation. • Coordinate VIP airport protocol arrangements for the MD's domestic and international travel, ensuring a smooth and secure experience. • Ensure the operational readiness of all vehicles, maintaining the highest standards of safety and maintenance. • Design and deliver training programs for protocol and security staff, enhancing their skills and expertise to meet evolving security demands. • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local authorities and law enforcement agencies to stay informed about potential security risks and opportunities.
