Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, driving engagement across digital, social media, and offline platforms.
* Architect creative collaborations with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to conceptualize and produce innovative content, including photo shoots and video productions.
* Champion brand consistency, ensuring all marketing materials and communications meet quality and brand standards.
* Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements.
* Drive customer engagement strategies through CRM platforms and marketing channels, fostering loyalty and retention programs to maximize customer lifetime value.
* Manage and optimize customer databases, supporting data-driven marketing initiatives and enhancing customer experience through seamless feedback management.
* Foster positive brand exposure through strategic media relations, press releases, and storytelling initiatives, leveraging partnerships with media influencers and PR agencies.
* Monitor brand reputation, tracking media coverage and public sentiment to inform PR strategies and protect brand integrity.
* Design and deliver impactful marketing events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns, ensuring flawless execution and maximizing brand visibility.
* Orchestrate event logistics, vendor management, and on-ground operations, providing post-event analysis and recommendations for future activations.
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between digital marketing, creative, sales, and customer care teams, ensuring integrated marketing execution and optimal resource allocation.
* Oversee marketing budget management, ensuring efficient resource utilization and maximizing ROI.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication or related field.
Additional
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience in event execution or vendor management will be an advantage.
