Key Responsibilities
* Drive corporate sales growth by setting ambitious targets and devising strategic plans to achieve them.
* Spearhead sales efforts for the entire range of Rupayan Group's residential and commercial products.
* Architect and execute outdoor visit plans to engage with high-potential target groups.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through meticulous research and lead generation.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through proactive phone outreach and personalized consultation.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
* Develop and execute sales plans that meet budget, target, and deadline requirements, while consistently achieving sales targets.
* Coordinate project visits for clients, ensuring seamless and personalized experiences.
* Gather and process required documents from prospective customers, while maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system.
* Provide actionable insights and feedback to supervisors through regular monthly sales reports.
* Foster long-term client relationships, founded on trust, reliability, and open communication.
* Embrace and adapt to evolving responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management, driving continuous improvement and growth.
