Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative HR strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business growth and excellence. * Architect and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring top talent acquisition and seamless onboarding experiences. * Drive performance management initiatives, including appraisals, career development, and succession planning, to foster a high-performing workforce. * Foster positive employee relations, resolving grievances and addressing disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner. * Champion compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems. * Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring payroll coordination and adherence to organizational policies. * Identify skill gaps and craft targeted learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and drive organizational success. * Develop and present insightful HR reports to inform management decisions and strategic planning. * Collaborate with senior leadership to shape organizational planning, workforce strategy, and cultural initiatives. * Lead, motivate, and supervise the HR & Admin team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and employee engagement. * Embed organizational values and culture, driving employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being. * Contribute to policy formulation and organizational development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. * Embrace a flexible and adaptive approach, taking on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management to support the company's evolving needs.

Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Professional HR certification (PGDHRM/SHRM/CIPD)

Additional

  • Proven experience in managerial or supervisory capacity
  • Communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal & communication, and leadership qualities
  • Able to work under pressure when needed
