Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead business development by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors, with a focus on HVAC/VRF and commercial air-conditioning systems.
* Foster and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring loyalty.
* Deliver expert technical guidance and support to clients, addressing their unique needs and challenges.
* Drive market intelligence by conducting research on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging products, staying ahead of the curve.
* Architect and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, expanding market share and revenue growth.
* Craft and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations that win over prospective clients and drive business growth.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, installation, and after-sales, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client outcomes.
* Provide regular, data-driven insights to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback, informing business decisions and optimizing sales strategies.
