Officer - Knowledge Management and Advocacy

* Spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Knowledge Management strategy to drive project success * Architect a robust documentation system to capture project interventions, best practices, innovations, and lessons learned across key thematic areas * Drive the production of high-quality knowledge products, including case studies, success stories, learning briefs, technical notes, and documentation reports * Manage and maintain a centralized digital repository of project knowledge products, ensuring easy access and dissemination to stakeholders * Lead the compilation and maintenance of project assessments, guidelines, policy briefs, training modules, and reports * Facilitate the documentation of events, workshops, consultations, exposure visits, and training programs to ensure knowledge sharing and institutional memory * Foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making by coordinating with programme and MEAL teams to collect and analyze data and learning from field interventions * Embed Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) perspectives into all knowledge management, documentation, communication, and advocacy activities * Develop and disseminate analytical reports, research summaries, and learning documents to inform project decisions and policy engagement * Design and facilitate learning events, reflection workshops, and knowledge-sharing platforms to promote collaboration and innovation * Support the development of policy briefs and research outputs based on project findings to influence climate resilience and sustainable development policies * Craft compelling communication materials, including IEC materials, brochures, booklets, newsletters, and social media content, to engage stakeholders and promote project achievements * Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government institutions, development partners, CSOs, and communities, to ensure effective communication and advocacy * Drive policy engagement and advocacy initiatives to influence climate resilience, disaster risk reduction, and climate governance at local, regional, and national levels * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project knowledge and learning inform advocacy efforts and policy engagement.
