Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse sectors, including commercial, industrial, and residential markets for HVAC/VRF and commercial air-conditioning systems. * Foster and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, prioritizing exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction. * Deliver expert technical guidance and support to clients, addressing their unique needs and concerns. * Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging products through proactive market research and analysis. * Architect and implement tailored sales strategies to expand market share, boost revenue, and outperform targets. * Craft and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations that resonate with prospective clients and drive conversions. * Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, installation, and after-sales, to ensure cohesive service delivery and exceptional client outcomes. * Provide regular, data-driven insights to management on sales performance, market dynamics, and client feedback, informing strategic decision-making and business growth.
