Executive - Accounts

* Spearhead the preparation of key financial documents, including Cash Receipts, Cash Payment Vouchers, and Journal Vouchers, to ensure seamless financial transactions. * Drive the maintenance of critical accounting records, such as Cash Books, Bank Books, and Accounts Receivable, to guarantee data accuracy and compliance. * Oversee daily financial operations, including invoice management, payment processing, and bank transaction reconciliation, to ensure efficient cash flow. * Architect and implement effective office administrative systems, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity. * Manage and maintain a centralized filing system, ensuring all documents, reports, and records are up-to-date, secure, and easily accessible. * Lead the ongoing update and maintenance of the Fixed Assets Register, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. * Champion the adoption and utilization of financial software, driving system updates and process improvements to optimize accounting operations. * Foster collaborative relationships with management, staff, and other stakeholders, providing timely support and coordination to facilitate business objectives. * Provide strategic support to HR and office operations, driving administrative excellence and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
