Key Responsibilities

* Drive retail excellence by overseeing territory performance, sales growth, and leadership development, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. * Empower Branch Managers through targeted guidance, resource allocation, and training, fostering a high-performing team that achieves sales targets and maximizes profitability. * Architect and execute sales strategies that capitalize on market trends, identify growth opportunities, and optimize territory performance, ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. * Manage and analyze sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes. * Lead expense management, ensuring budget adherence and optimal resource allocation, while maintaining a customer-centric approach to retail operations. * Champion operational excellence by enforcing process adherence, including credit management, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences. * Develop and implement effective receivables management strategies, leveraging short-term and long-term measures to maintain desired levels and minimize risk. * Troubleshoot and resolve operational and administrative issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive solutions and improve territory performance. * Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders, including key partners and customers, to build brand reputation, drive growth, and support business objectives. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, finance, after-sales service, supply chain, credit, and human resources, to drive business growth, share best practices, and leverage collective expertise.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
