* Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that foster a love of learning in students aged 3-6 * Provide attentive supervision to ensure students' safety and well-being * Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, leveraging effective communication skills to meet their unique needs * Drive active learning experiences using modern teaching methodologies and innovative approaches * Manage student progress through regular assessments, creating detailed report cards and maintaining open communication with parents to keep them informed of their child's development
