* Spearhead quality control initiatives across multiple product lines, including yogurt, sweets, ghee, cheese, halal beef, and fresh chicken, to ensure exceptional quality and safety standards. * Drive compliance with internal quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements through rigorous inspections and testing at various production stages. * Architect and execute comprehensive testing protocols, encompassing microbiological, chemical, and physical analyses of raw materials and finished products. * Champion a culture of hygiene and food safety excellence, monitoring and enforcing best practices across the production floor to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment. * Manage and maintain precise QC documentation and reporting systems, providing actionable insights to inform quality improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and uphold stringent food safety systems, including HACCP, ISO, and BSTI standards, to guarantee the highest levels of quality and compliance.
