Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead daily accounting, financial, and administrative operations to drive organizational efficiency
* Architect and issue monthly subscription invoices, ensuring timely and accurate member billing
* Oversee staff compensation, manage financial transactions, and process vouchers with precision
* Drive financial reconciliation, monitoring bank and online transactions to ensure seamless operations
* Develop and present monthly financial reports, draft accounts, and audit-related documents with clarity
* Manage member databases, subscription records, and accounting entries with meticulous attention to detail
* Record and verify purchases, conduct regular inventory checks, and maintain accurate financial records
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including VAT, TDS, VDS, and withholding tax obligations
* Lead tax return preparation, submission, and documentation, meeting statutory deadlines with ease
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax consultants, to resolve tax-related matters
* Support annual reporting, website updates, and event registration activities, maintaining organizational transparency
* Implement robust filing, documentation, and record-keeping systems, ensuring data integrity and security

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- CACC qualification
Additional
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Experience in a club, association, service organization, or similar institution
- Hands-on experience in subscription accounting, banking transactions, VAT/TDS, and audit support
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to support club events and registration activities when needed
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and accuracy
- Sound knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance procedures
- Good understanding of VAT, TDS, VDS, and withholding tax matters
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong skills in bank reconciliation, online transaction monitoring, and record management
- Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
- Strong analytical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure, keep confidentiality, and meet deadlines
