* Spearhead the design and development of knit garments, leveraging expertise in graphics design to drive innovation in the RMG sector. * Conceptualize and craft designs by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD) software, bringing fresh ideas to life. * Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging fashion trends, fabric developments, and color palettes to inform design decisions. * Architect and develop product ranges that meet customer needs and exceed expectations. * Develop trend-setting tech packs and moodboards to inspire and guide the design team. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and merchandising, to create cohesive and compelling collections. * Drive technical design excellence by creating patterns and technical specifications that ensure seamless production. * Source and procure high-quality fabrics, trims, and embellishments that meet design and quality standards. * Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers through effective negotiation and communication. * Manage multiple projects and priorities, adapting to changing requirements and deadlines as assigned by management.
