Executive - Fire & Safety (Garments Factory, Ashulia)

* Spearhead workplace fire safety initiatives to ensure a hazard-free environment and building. * Proactively inspect fire equipment daily, taking corrective action as needed to maintain optimal functionality. * Design and execute regular fire drills and training sessions, occurring monthly and weekly, to equip the fire safety team and general workforce with essential skills. * Identify and report potential risks to management, facilitating prompt mitigation and resolution. * Conduct daily floor visits to enforce compliance, verify adherence to regulatory standards, and follow up on daily checklists provided by the compliance department. * Drive the provision and utilization of personal protective equipment (PPE) among machine operators and chemical store workers, including masks, gloves, eye guards, and earplugs. * Develop and deliver awareness programs focused on rules, regulations, compliance, welfare, health, hygiene, safety, first aid, and other critical topics to promote a culture of well-being. * Oversee and execute all fire and safety-related tasks, ensuring the seamless operation of a large knit garment facility.
