- Skilled in microscope cell count, differential count, malaria, TB identification
- Skilled in blood grouping, cross-matching, and transfusion preparation
- Skilled in operating automated analyzers
- Experience in lab equipment calibration, quality control, and maintenance
- Experience in lab safety and biosafety guidelines
- Experience in internal and external quality control
- Skilled in preparing and validating accurate reports
- Skilled in using Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- Skilled in lab inventory management
- Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation
- Experience in NABL/ISO or national standard lab management (preferable)
