Factory Manager

* Drive quality control initiatives to meet buyer requirements, ensuring garments are produced with precise measurements and sizes within shipment deadlines. * Lead production planning reviews, reassessing and adjusting strategies 1-2 times based on material availability and delivery schedules, with the Production Manager's collaboration. * Conduct regular shop floor audits, 2-3 times, to oversee changeovers and verify document accuracy, ensuring seamless production processes. * Architect corrective action plans to address QA findings, promoting a proactive approach to quality improvement. * Champion on-time delivery, coordinating with sales, production, and support teams to ensure timely shipment of garments. * Gather and analyze fabric and material information from MCD to guarantee uninterrupted supply to the production line. * Monitor production status, ensuring timely shipment of garments and meeting buyer delivery requirements. * Implement and communicate company policies to foster positive industrial relations, a safe working environment, and optimal resource utilization. * Optimize resource allocation to achieve planned output levels, meeting buyer demands and driving business growth. * Develop and implement training programs to enhance productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. * Minimize worker absenteeism and migration by implementing targeted initiatives and strategies. * Analyze daily production variance reports, collaborating with APM to mitigate unfavorable variances and adjust production targets accordingly. * Facilitate weekly or bi-weekly meetings with APM, technicians, and department heads to promote teamwork, address challenges, and drive collective success. * Contribute to maintaining daily and weekly inspection schedules, ensuring quality control and compliance. * Manage manpower, meetings, and other operational aspects to ensure efficient production processes.
