Cluster Facilitator - Nutrition Smart CommUNITY (NSC) Project

* Drive community engagement and mobilization by fostering the growth of farmer groups, producer organizations, and community-based institutions, ensuring inclusive participation of women, youth, and marginalized groups. * Cultivate strong relationships with local stakeholders, building trust and facilitating collaboration to achieve project objectives. * Architect the establishment and operationalization of Learning Hubs, organizing training sessions, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing events that promote peer-to-peer learning and dissemination of best practices. * Deliver technical support and capacity building to local groups, providing hands-on guidance on adaptive agricultural practices, diversified cropping, and nutrition-sensitive approaches. * Champion climate-smart technologies and sustainable food system innovations, supporting behavior change communication activities that promote nutrition and resilience. * Lead the planning and execution of cluster-level project activities, coordinating with local government bodies, NGOs, and private sector actors to ensure timely delivery of inputs, services, and interventions. * Manage the collection of field-level data, tracking progress against project indicators and documenting success stories, lessons learned, and innovations from the Learning Hub. * Develop and submit regular reports and feedback to the Project Manager, informing project decisions and driving continuous improvement. * Empower rural households to adopt climate-resilient agricultural practices and improved nutritional behaviors, driving project impact and contributing to the establishment of "Nutrition Smart CommUNITIES".
