* Drive innovation by analyzing market trends, brand positioning, and competitor landscapes to uncover opportunities for growth and development. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Quality, and Sample Room, to craft cutting-edge seasonal product lines that exceed customer expectations. * Spearhead research and recommendation of novel materials, prints, and embellishments that align with customer needs and preferences. * Develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase design capabilities and market intelligence, highlighting the company's expertise and vision. * Architect raw material sourcing and development strategies, ensuring technical feasibility and optimal production outcomes. * Lead sample testing and analysis to optimize material performance, production feasibility, and overall product quality. * Create detailed tech packs, sketches, and digital product visualizations using industry-leading design tools, such as Browzwear, Clo 3D, and Beyond XR. * Manage design execution by coordinating with Merchandising and Technical teams, ensuring seamless alignment and effective garment construction methods. * Champion fit session analysis, feedback incorporation, and meticulous design documentation to drive continuous improvement. * Design and prepare captivating customer showcases, including samples, storyboards, and presentations that bring products to life. * Maintain and update comprehensive design documentation, facilitating streamlined product development and knowledge sharing across teams.
