Service Coordinator

* Drive service excellence by monitoring quality and customer feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement targeted enhancements. * Deliver expert technical support to customers through multiple channels, including phone and on-site visits, to resolve issues efficiently. * Architect and manage the service calendar, scheduling appointments and allocating resources to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. * Provide transparent and accurate information to customers on product issues, warranty coverage, and repair timelines, ensuring seamless communication. * Lead and coordinate a team of third-party technicians, assigning and monitoring tasks to ensure timely completion and high-quality results. * Ensure meticulous completion of service documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. * Develop and manage job orders, tracking progress and resolving customer queries with effective solutions. * Oversee and verify bills submitted by third-party agents, cross-checking with customers to guarantee accuracy and transparency. * Navigate warranty claims for LED panels and compressors, streamlining the RMA process with suppliers. * Manage and maintain a robust inventory of spare parts and service tools, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing downtime. * Compile and analyze service records and reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. * Champion compliance with company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of service center operations and customer experience.
