* Drive spare parts sales to meet monthly and yearly targets, aligning with company objectives. * Architect inventory management strategies, balancing buffer stock, lead time, and customer demand to optimize ordering and minimize excess or shortage. * Oversee the goods receiving process, identifying and addressing any discrepancies, damages, or excess items, and initiate claims as necessary. * Collaborate with supervisors to enhance processes, providing actionable suggestions and implementing updates to improve efficiency. * Lead warehouse operations to achieve zero discrepancies in spare parts inventory, conducting internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Manage store assistants, providing guidance on storing, identifying, and updating spare parts inventory, and ensuring adherence to established protocols. * Conduct physical inventory checks to identify spare parts requiring replenishment, reporting findings to relevant stakeholders. * Analyze market potential based on tractor population and models, informing the development of a nationwide dealer sales and channel network. * Establish and expand the dealer network, appointing dealers and corporate partners, and negotiating agreements in accordance with company policies. * Facilitate meetings with spare parts dealers and corporate customers to boost sales and expand market reach. * Monitor competitor activity, developing and executing strategies to increase market share and stay ahead of the competition. * Design and implement promotional activities, including dealer and shop branding, to drive sales and engagement among spare parts dealers and corporate customers. * Generate reports as needed, providing insights and updates to supervisors and stakeholders. * Ensure continuity of operations by arranging substitute support in the absence of team members. * Embrace special assignments and responsibilities as directed by management, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to organizational goals.
