Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process, driving efficient hiring practices that meet business needs.
* Architect and execute comprehensive candidate evaluation protocols, including screening, interviews, and onboarding.
* Drive timely talent acquisition, aligning with organizational manpower requirements and business objectives.
* Uncover and address the root causes of employee turnover, informing strategic retention initiatives.
* Design and implement a targeted Re-Joining Policy to win back high-value talent and minimize knowledge loss.
* Champion employee engagement and satisfaction, introducing initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Develop, communicate, and enforce clear attendance, leave, and punctuality policies, ensuring consistency and fairness.
* Lead disciplinary procedures, addressing policy breaches and ensuring accountability across the organization.
* Conduct regular floor audits to monitor discipline, productivity, and employee behavior, identifying areas for improvement.
* Supervise and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to drive growth and development.
* Uphold the highest standards of HR management, protecting company interests and promoting a culture of compliance and respect.
* Foster a fair and inclusive work environment, ensuring that all policies and procedures are applied consistently and without bias.
