Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development of a robust HR framework, driving strategic recruitment initiatives and overseeing the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding. * Architect and maintain a centralized HR database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records, personal files, and contracts. * Drive administrative efficiency by managing employee attendance, leave, and discipline, as well as coordinating performance management and evaluation processes. * Foster a positive work environment by resolving workplace issues, promoting employee relations, and ensuring seamless implementation of company policies and procedures. * Lead daily office operations, overseeing administrative tasks, maintaining meticulous records, and handling official communications. * Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, and communications, ensuring seamless collaboration and workflow. * Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a productive and efficient work environment. * Manage office logistics, including supplies, vendor coordination, and facilities management, to maintain a safe, clean, and professional workspace. * Develop and provide insightful HR and administrative reports to management, informing strategic decision-making. * Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, safeguarding sensitive employee and company information. * Embody a proactive and adaptable approach, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to drive business success.

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • MBA in HRM

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
