Supply Chain Manager

* Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive supply chain strategy to boost efficiency and productivity across all club operations. * Architect and manage procurement processes for diverse categories, including food, beverages, sports equipment, and housekeeping supplies, to ensure seamless operations. * Foster and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and suppliers, leveraging negotiation skills to secure optimal pricing, contracts, and delivery terms. * Ensure the timely and consistent delivery of high-quality goods and services to support all club activities, including F&B outlets, events, and recreational facilities. * Conduct regular quality control audits, including early morning inspections, to guarantee compliance with approved work orders and club standards. * Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures, including the rejection and return of subpar goods, to maintain exceptional standards. * Manage and optimize inventory levels, implementing effective stock control systems to minimize waste and shortages. * Lead the design and optimization of the ERP system to enable accurate tracking and tracing of stock across all departments. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop demand plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements. * Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, and safety standards, maintaining a culture of compliance and risk management. * Deliver key performance outcomes by driving cost control initiatives, minimizing waste, and optimizing procurement efficiency. * Analyze costs and identify areas for process improvements, implementing changes that yield significant cost savings and enhanced operational efficiency. * Supervise and develop the store and logistics team, ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with established procedures. * Evaluate and track vendor performance, using data-driven insights to inform strategic sourcing decisions and drive continuous improvement.
