Key Responsibilities
* Architect and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with labor laws and hospital standards.
* Drive talent acquisition and recruitment efforts, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying staffing needs, and maintaining a pipeline of critical healthcare professionals.
* Foster a positive and respectful workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and resolving employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and transparent manner.
* Lead performance management initiatives, implementing and monitoring appraisal systems, providing guidance on goal setting and feedback, and linking performance outcomes to career development and rewards.
* Manage compensation and benefits programs, administering payroll, employee benefits, and conducting salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
* Develop and implement training and development programs, identifying skill gaps, organizing in-house and external training sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness.
* Oversee HR operations, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, managing employee lifecycle processes, and preparing HR reports and analytics for management review.
* Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives, driving recognition programs, team-building activities, and conducting employee satisfaction surveys to inform improvement action plans.
* Promote hospital values, code of conduct, and policies, advising senior management on strategic HR matters and contributing to organizational development and growth.
Requirements
Skills
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standardsExpertise in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent managementSound understanding of performance management systemsKnowledge of compensation & benefits, payroll processing, and tax regulationsExcellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and counseling skillsProficiency in HRIS and MS Office applicationsStrong leadership, teamwork, and decision-making abilitiesHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Additional
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization
