Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead clinical excellence by overseeing and coordinating medical service departments, driving patient-centered care, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. * Architect and implement medical strategies, policies, and quality standards that align with national and international best practices, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes. * Lead and inspire medical professionals, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence, while encouraging professional growth and development. * Champion compliance with regulatory standards, ethical medical practices, and hospital protocols, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and legal requirements. * Drive accreditation readiness and quality assurance initiatives, leveraging expertise to maintain the highest standards of patient care. * Collaborate with hospital management to develop and execute strategic initiatives, optimizing resources to achieve financial and operational goals. * Manage medical staff scheduling, credentialing, and performance evaluations, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care. * Drive continuous quality improvement in clinical services, monitoring patient outcomes, and implementing corrective actions to ensure exceptional care. * Foster a culture of evidence-based medicine and patient safety, promoting a hospital-wide commitment to excellence. * Pioneer medical research initiatives, contributing to hospital-wide decision-making processes, and supporting clinical research, audits, and academic activities. * Inform strategic planning, budgeting, and policy formulation at the executive level, providing expert medical guidance and insight. * Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between medical staff, hospital administration, and departments such as Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, and IT, ensuring seamless workflow and resolving interdepartmental conflicts.

Requirements

Education

  • MBBS
  • Postgraduate qualification in Hospital Management (MPH /MPhil / Master's in Hospital Management)

Additional

  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare administration
  • Experience in large or multi-specialty hospitals
  • Strong understanding of healthcare laws, medical ethics, and hospital accreditation standards
  • Experience in digital health transformation and HMIS/HIS implementation
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proven track record of improving medical services and operational efficiency
  • Sound knowledge of national and international healthcare standards, regulations, and accreditation processes
  • Financial acumen for resource optimization and budget management
