Key Responsibilities

* Lead customer interactions at the service center reception, delivering exceptional support and ensuring seamless communication between customers and the service team. * Drive customer satisfaction by handling incoming service-related calls, resolving queries, and providing timely solutions in a professional and courteous manner. * Architect effective issue resolution by registering customer complaints, service requests, and product issues accurately in the system and coordinating with the technical/service team. * Deliver personalized support by providing initial guidance and basic troubleshooting to customers, and escalating complex issues to relevant authorities when necessary. * Manage front desk operations, ensuring efficient call routing, and maintaining proper records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback. * Foster a positive customer experience by maintaining service center etiquette, guiding walk-in customers through service procedures, and following up on pending service requests. * Collaborate with the technical/service team to ensure timely issue resolution, and update customers regularly on the status of their service requests. * Develop and maintain a customer-centric mindset, driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and service center operations.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in Bangla and EnglishStrong interpersonal and customer handling skillsBasic knowledge of electronic products and service processesAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasksGood computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, or ERP systems)Problem-solving mindset with attention to detailProfessional appearance and positive attitude

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
