* Architect and manage Hospital Information System (HIS) and server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and uptime of critical servers. * Drive the implementation of robust backup and disaster recovery strategies, including onsite and offsite backup solutions, to safeguard hospital data. * Deliver exceptional user support and service desk management, providing timely technical assistance to end-users and resolving complex issues efficiently. * Lead network and infrastructure management, leveraging expertise in TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and wireless networks to optimize system performance. * Oversee hardware and system administration, including installation, maintenance, and updates of hardware and software, as well as inventory control of IT equipment. * Troubleshoot and support specialized equipment, such as network printers, projectors, access control systems, and IP phones, to ensure seamless hospital operations. * Champion software quality assurance, applying knowledge of telecommunications systems and protocols to ensure modern IT infrastructure and network architecture. * Supervise and guide the technical support team, fostering a culture of efficient issue resolution and collaboration to drive IT excellence. * Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans, ensuring business continuity and minimizing downtime in the event of system failures. * Monitor and analyze network systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive measures to prevent issues and optimize performance. * Collaborate with hospital administration and clinical staff to ensure seamless HIS functionality and alignment with organizational goals.
