* Oversee daily site operations, driving adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. * Lead the execution of civil, structural, and finishing works, ensuring alignment with project designs and specifications. * Manage materials, workmanship, and quality control, verifying compliance with design requirements. * Optimize resource utilization, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor. * Architect procurement strategies, submitting purchase requests and demand notes that align with project schedules. * Coordinate logistics, ensuring timely availability of materials and drawings to maintain uninterrupted workflow. * Drive reporting and communication, providing updates to SBGHQ to ensure informed decision-making.
