Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead business growth initiatives, driving maximum results through strategic planning and execution.
* Architect and enforce company policies, disciplines, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Manage and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital, to ensure seamless access to critical information.
* Oversee utility bill payments and document renewals, ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks.
* Conduct site visits to sales points and government offices as needed, fostering strong relationships and resolving regulatory issues.
* Lead, supervise, and control entry department operations, providing guidance and support to team members.
* Drive recruitment efforts, sourcing top talent to fill vacancies and collaborating with Head Office to ensure seamless onboarding.
* Monitor daily staff activities, collect feedback, and optimize workflows to ensure smooth departmental operations.
* Organize and facilitate staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to promote growth and development.
* Ensure the overall success of project operations, reporting key insights and recommendations to management.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, aligning with company rules and regulations to meet production and operational needs.
* Conduct regular hygiene and safety audits, maintaining a clean and healthy work environment for all staff.
* Safeguard regulatory documents and files, ensuring compliance and easy access to critical information.
* Perform duties with integrity, impartiality, and honesty, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
* Design and execute warehouse management plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, developing potential clients and expanding market reach.
* Manage credit collections, dealer and distributor relationships, and end-user interactions, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Provide regular trade activity reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.
* Stay informed about market developments, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing actionable feedback to management.
* Leverage exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to drive business results and build strong relationships.
* Demonstrate self-motivation and resilience, thriving in high-pressure environments and driving results-oriented outcomes.
* Ensure timely product delivery to customers, maintaining optimal product availability in depots and driving customer satisfaction.
