• Sound knowledge of FMCG/bakery market dynamics and distribution channels
• Experience in managing distributors, dealers, and retail networks
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
