• Drive production efficiency by delivering finished goods on schedule, aligned with the production plan. • Champion quality excellence by implementing QMS standards, overseeing bulk approvals, and ensuring adherence to quality protocols. • Optimize process performance by reducing losses, minimizing cost per minute, and streamlining machine uptime. • Foster cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, QA, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and issue resolution. • Oversee packing operations, ensuring accuracy, timely order closure, and optimal material utilization. • Lead the implementation of 5S/6S methodologies, maintain ERP data integrity, and support lean initiatives to drive continuous improvement. • Enforce a culture of discipline, safety, and compliance on the production floor, ensuring a secure and responsible work environment. • Develop and mentor floor staff through regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations, driving skill growth and career advancement.
