Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all hotel outlets, including rooms, meetings, events, and food and beverage.
* Architect and implement a robust sales and marketing plan, closely monitoring progress against KPIs, budgets, and revenue targets.
* Foster and expand relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase business and drive loyalty.
* Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, new markets, and potential clients, informing sales and marketing efforts.
* Drive business growth through strategic contracting and negotiation of tour series agreements.
* Collaborate with the hotel team to organize site inspections, familiarization trips, and other client engagement activities.
* Manage and optimize the hotel's online presence, including third-party websites, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
* Develop and implement effective sales plans, communicating them clearly to all stakeholders and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
* Lead the creation and distribution of promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with Great National branding guidelines.
* Curate engaging in-house promotional content, supporting new sales and marketing initiatives and driving customer engagement.
* Design and execute targeted advertising campaigns to promote food and beverage offerings in local markets.
* Manage the guest database, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date client information.
* Track and record client correspondence, including quotations, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
* Represent the hotel at trade fairs, mall promotions, tourism events, and other external engagements, promoting the hotel's brand and offerings.
* Organize and host client entertainment events, both on and off-site, to drive business growth and build relationships.
* Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, providing exceptional service to clients, guests, and stakeholders.
* Deliver weekly sales and marketing activity reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
