Assistant Manager F&B / Restaurants Manager

* Spearhead the operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver exceptional guest and member experiences. * Lead, train, and develop high-performing teams to drive excellence in service delivery. * Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient resolution of guest queries and maintaining exceptional service levels. * Architect and manage budgets to optimize Food and Beverage costs, ensuring alignment with financial guidelines. * Collaborate with the Chef and Sales Marketing team to craft innovative menus that drive sales and customer engagement. * Oversee monthly stock takes, departmental inventory, and maintain accurate records to inform business decisions. * Analyze guest satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall experience. * Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Purchase, Chef, Store, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. * Manage store requisitions, coordinating with waiters, supervisors, and captains to ensure efficient service delivery. * Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to diverse work situations, ensuring the restaurant and banquet operations run smoothly.
