* Spearhead team collaboration to onboard new retailers and nurture existing relationships, driving business growth and loyalty. * Architect and execute daily sales orders, ensuring seamless operations and revenue generation. * Foster strong connections with retailers, dealers, influencers, and key stakeholders through regular check-ins and market visits, staying ahead of sales targets. * Conduct competitor analysis, tracking market trends, pricing, and promotional activities, and provide actionable insights to supervisors. * Drive sales performance and collection targets through strategic market visits, engaging with dealers, retailers, and influencers to optimize results. * Develop and maintain a robust network of relationships with key accounts, including retailers, influencers, dealers, and IHB, to stay informed and responsive to market needs.
